Program Description:
The mission of Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative’s Adult Education Program is to enable under-educated adults to achieve their educational goals in a way that ensures recruitment, determines programmatic need, fosters teamwork and commitment and provides successful learning experiences so that an ever-increasing number of students will attain enhanced personal satisfaction and function as contributing members of society.

Locations: Breathitt, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Owsley, Perry, and Wolfe Counties

Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative’s Adult Education Services are provided free of charge to eligible residents within the eight county service area.

Who?
Anyone 16 years of age or older not enrolled in public education.

Individual Assessment, GED Instruction, Literacy, Health and Financial Literacy, Basic Skills Review, ESL

Eight Centers serving over 4500 adult learners in Breathitt, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Owsley, Perry, and Wolfe County
