The Leslie County Adult Learning Center offers a variety of classes to help adults earn their GED.

The GED Test consists of five multiple choice question tests in the areas of:

• Writing
• Social Studies
• Science
• Reading
• Mathematics

Knowledgeable tutors are ready to assist you in learning the skills needed to prepare you for the GED Test.

In addition to providing assistance with GED instruction, we also offer the following:
 

  • Job Readiness (classes to prepare the adult learner for the workplace)
  • Computer Classes (beginning, intermediate, advanced)
  • Internet Classes
  • Keyboarding Classes
  • TABE testing
  • Family Literacy Classes
  • Compass testing for Hazard Community College
